Creating a brand identity for a start-up
urban gardening centre in East London.
Milo and Louise have a passion for connecting nature with urban environments and wanted to create a contemporary and innovative brand focused on building a community for young, sociable Londoners. 
The design uses a strong, vibrant colour palette, abstract illustration and a bold tone of voice to create a fun, distinctive brand that stands out from the competition and appeals to the demographic. ​​​​​​​

Blocky, sans serif ‘UN’ letters were chosen to mimic the concrete structures of London, with the wild, abstract leaf graphics wrapping around them.
Positive, people-focused imagery to emphasise the importance of community to the brand.
Confident, fun tone of voice with a full stop for a bit of attitude. Designed to appeal to the target demographic of mid-20s Londoners.
